Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with us.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lastminute Chauffeur website and the booking of chauffeur services provided by Lastminute Chauffeur Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By making a booking or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Lastminute Chauffeur provides professional chauffeur and transfer services throughout Melbourne and across Australia, including but not limited to:
All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equivalent or superior standard where necessary.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email or SMS. Submitting an enquiry through our website or phone does not constitute a confirmed booking.
You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details — including dates, times, addresses, passenger numbers, and flight or cruise information — are accurate. We are not liable for delays or service failures resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Additional charges may apply for:
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as advised.
Cancellations must be communicated to us via email at hello@lastminutechauffeur.com or by phone on 0450 638 203. Cancellation time is calculated from when we receive your notification, not when it is sent.
For airport transfers, we monitor flight arrivals in real time. If your inbound flight is delayed, we will adjust your pick-up time accordingly at no extra charge for a reasonable delay period. If a delay exceeds two hours from the original scheduled arrival, we will contact you to discuss options.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, extreme weather, or flight delays and cancellations.
Passengers are expected to treat our drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or causes damage to the vehicle. The passenger will be liable for the full cost of any damage caused.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. Alcohol consumption in the vehicle is permitted only where explicitly agreed at the time of booking.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lastminute Chauffeur's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific journey giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage, including missed flights, connections, or appointments, unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
